Everything was fantastic.

The location was perfect, with easy access to Piccadilly station and the Northern Quarter. The reception staff were friendly and even remembered my name. The room wassuper clean and cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Despite a few small issues with the room, the staff promptly addressed them. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and cute atmosphere.

Besides, the location was perfect and decent for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of a publicly owned art museum.

A bit old hotel, yet it has excellent staff and food.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk to all the main attractions and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. It was so convenient!

One of the biggest downsides of this hotel was the cleanliness. The rooms were not properly cleaned, with only the towels being replaced and none of the amenities being restocked.

The staff were gorgeous and amazing. The location was brilliant, at a short distance from Arndale Centre.

Well, there was no guest parking.

The staff are helpful and friendly, providing daily tidying and offering recommendations for local restaurants. There is a bar and restaurant on-site, adding to the convenience of the accommodation. the location, spacious rooms, and helpful staff make for a pleasant stay.

The lifts in the hotel are a bit slow and do not go down to the underground car park.

I enjoyed my time in this property. Possibly the best and lovely stay for a long time. My food for full English breakfast was good and all the staff were accommodating and amicable. It had very central location close to Greater Manchester Police Museum.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my recent trip. This place was perfectly located in an ideal area for the purpose of my stay. It was next to the station and in the popular Piccadilly area. The service was exceptional, with room service being available at all times. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar. The bathroom was equally luxurious with a separate tub and shower, complimentary toiletries, and a hair dryer. The hotel even had a kitchenette, a washing machine, cookware/ kitchen utensils and an electric kettle.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone without any hesitation.

Clean, modern and spacious apartments that come equipped with a washer and dryer. Staff were helpful and accommodating to special requests. Centrally located near train stations, restaurants, and shopping. Plenty of dining options nearby. Friendly and helpful staff.
